NFoPP QCF Level 3 Technical Award in Residential Letting and Property Management (England and Wales)

The Technical Award is divided into 4 Units and each Unit is assessed by a multiple choice examination which is taken on a computer at a test centre (depending on your location and instructed by NFoPP).

Unit 1 (RLPM 1) General Law, Health, Safety and Security in Relation to Residential Letting and Property Management

Number of Questions in exam: 20 questions will be presented during the examination

Duration of the exam: 30 Minutes

Pass marks: A pass mark of 70% (14 out of 20 questions answered correctly) must be achieved for this Unit.

Unit 2 (RLPM 2) Legal Aspects of Lettings and Management

Number of Questions in exam: 20 questions will be presented during the examination

Duration of the exam: 30 Minutes

Pass marks: A pass mark of 70% (14 out of 20 questions answered correctly) must be achieved for this Unit.

Unit 3 (RLPM 3) Residential Property Letting Practice

Number of Questions in exam: 20 questions will be presented during the examination

Duration of the exam: 30 Minutes

Pass marks: A pass mark of 70% (14 out of 20 questions answered correctly) must be achieved for this Unit.

Unit 4 (RLPM 4) Residential Property Management Practice

Number of Questions in exam: 20 questions will be presented during the examination
